By registering with, accessing, submitting contact or volunteer forms, conducting transactions through, or otherwise using this website, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The mere use of this website implies the knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and conditions. In some particular cases, we may also ask you to explicitly agree and your ability to proceed may be made contingent on such explicit agreement.

Access to the website from territories or countries where the content or purchase of any products or services from time to time offered or sold on this website is illegal is prohibited. 20. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction; Venue. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of United State and the State of California. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and the United States. Venue for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use shall be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to object to the selection of venue. If any part or provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court or other authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such part or provision will be modified, deleted and/or enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms of Use. The other provisions will not be affected.
